Here's what Leslie & Charles of the charter yacht PHAEDRUS had to say:
We had a lovely summer on the 14 acres we bought in western North Carolina, SE of Asheville. We bought a 25' marine shipping container to put our "Stuff" in & a 36' 5th wheel travel trailer to call home while we're there. Movin' up from boat bums to trailer trash!
We did alot of planting, 5 maple trees, 3 apples, crepe myrtles, roses, day lilies & iris. Charles rented a bush hog & we cleared about an acre of blackberry brambles & grape vines which were taking over the trees (Charles fell in love with this brush hog).
Our time there was short but we got a lot done. Next year, nature trails.
