Starting June 26th, Captain Rui Caldeira (from the yacht Synchronictiy) and his chef Denise will be running catamaran Hypnautic this summer while Jose and Pixie are stateside visiting family and getting some much needed R&R.

Captain Rui is a dedicated sailor who has been in command of sailing yachts for over ten years, as well as sailing both professionally and for pleasure for many more. Rui also spent ten years in the hospitality industry managing bars and restaurants both in Europe and abroad. This experience is reflected in his ability to provide a calm and welcoming atmosphere aboard while providing top notch service and attention to guests needs.

Chef Denise De Almeida hails from Brazil, and the local flavors of her homeland are incorporated throughout her menu. Denise, is a very experienced chef aboard luxury charter yachts, and her service reflects that level of refinement.

She enjoys taking special care of the guess aboard, creating not only delicious meals, but a stylish, elegant atmosphere as well. Denise is adept at catering to special diets and will tailor her menu to the guests' tastes and preferences.

ABOUT HYPNOTIC

The charter catamaran Hypnautic is a beautiful 44-foot Lagoon catamaran which is fully air conditioned and accommodates up to six geusts. This is the owner’s model which features a guest suite that takes up the entire starboard hull... perfect for couples seeking a private, romantic vacation. The port side hull has two Queen cabins, each with en suite heads.
