About Catamaran Leeway

Galley & Aft salon - Forward salon

Leeway is a 58-foot Leopard catamaran with a crew of three. This catamaran is full air conditioned and accommodates up to six guests in three cabins, each with Queen berths and private ensuite head that includes sink/vanity, stall shower, electric-flush toilet. Please note that Leeway is a non-smoking yacht.

Aft deck - Forward deck

Leeway has large open decks and spaces for lounging, including a comfortable indoor salon with direct access to both fore and aft decks, a breeze-filled flybridge with a dance floor and seating for 12, and the fun lounging space on the forward deck to experience sailing firsthand in the day and stargazing at night.

Catamaran Leeway has a 13-foot center-console dinghy with 40HP outboard, tube, 2-person kayak, 2 standup paddleboards (SUPs), e-foil, snorkel gear, floating mats, beach games, underwater lights, hidden flat screen TV in salon, USB ports, onboard wifi, etc. Leeway offers onboard scuba diving for certified divers.

"Thank you for giving us a week full of experiences and memories that we will remember for a lifetime! From the food that was out of this world, to teaching Shane and Travis to scuba dive, and even showing us the ropes of sailing, we've had the most unforgettable week island hopping around the Virgin Islands!

Christmas 2021

"Wow, if you want the best vacation for your family to make everlasting, very special memories, this is it! A one-week cruise with Michael and Casey, our captain and chef, was just what we all needed to reconnect and spend quality time together.

"Our family of eight including my husband, our two daughters, son-in-law and three teenage grandchildren spent one week on Liquid Zen, a beautiful 52-foot catamaran with all the amenities. Without a doubt, we had our best family holiday ever!

"Michael and Casey pampered us from the moment they met us at the dock and helped us unload our luggage from the van to helping us with our luggage into the van when we, very reluctantly, started our journey home.

"They had wonderful suggestions of some extras, which I fortunately said yes to. Both were surprises for my family (it was a Christmas cruise) – the first day a massage therapist came aboard to give each of us a relaxing massage, which was the perfect way to jump right into “vacation mode.” And, the last day, I surprised everyone with a super band of three and as they played and sang from the swim platform on our boat, other boats and floats came to share in the fun and frivolity.

"Casey is a superb chef, so consequently mealtime was a real highlight of the trip – it was magical how such yummy food (and snacks) appeared many times each day just when we started to get hungry! We ate and ate, and she prepared special food for those of us who are gluten-free and vegetarian.

"Fortunately, there were many activities to prevent us from having to be rolled off the deck at the end of our cruise! We swam, snorkeled, went scuba diving, paddleboarding, hiking, ate lunch one day on a floating pod (whoops, this is in the wrong category!). There were all sorts of fun water toys that kept appearing – floats, floating chairs, kayaks, paddleboards where all sorts of silly games and competitions ensued.

"The sea life was never ending – sting rays, turtles, starfish, tarpon, multicolored designs on a myriad of fish swimming alone and in schools. At night, we watched the same sea life from the platform at the back of the boat all lit up from above.

"In the evenings we played our guitar, listened and danced to music, played cards and both night and day a lot of chess matches were happening – when we could get Michael to stop working, he won every game! He also designed a very interesting trivia game, which once again brought out our competitiveness!

"We highly recommend this 5-star experience with Michael and Casey on Liquid Zen!! We can’t wait to go back!!!"

About Liquid Zen

Liquid Zen is a 2022, 52-foot Lagoon catamaran with a crew of two. This catamaran is fully air conditioned, has a flybridge plus a lounging area forward behind the trampolines. Liquid Zen accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 guest cabins; 3 Queen cabins with ensuite head (sink, stall shower, and electric-flush toilet) plus a cabin having twin bunks with ensuite head but with "wet" shower.

Meet The Crew

Captain Corrai

Raised in Alabama, Corrai was cultivated in an environment of southern hospitality and a love for the outdoors. He studied philosophy with a double in psychology which has been an enriching factor in connecting to those around him while leading a safe and memorable adventure at sea.

Creativity and problem solving are his passions and can be witnessed in his designing renaissance flavored maps of local waters, developing his own board game, surprising island patrons with honkey-tonk piano tunes on nights out, and culminating in his ability to tailor a personalized and unforgettable charter.

Chef Martyna

Born in Poland, Martyna grew up studying the fine arts and pursuing adventure across the European continent. She then uprooted herself for Canada where she worked and managed her father's dive shop; leading successful trips as far as the Caribbean. In the Bahamas, with her dive experience she was able to fill every role that could be asked of her from dive instructor, engineer, cook, and first mate and she earned the well-deserved nickname across the fleet as "Wonder Woman."

In her free Martyna can be found free-diving to impressive depths, bringing back a spearfishing bounty that would earn a nod of respect from Neptune himself, and keeping her online photography shop well stocked with new works of art.

Catamaran Catatonic 500 is a stunning yacht and is currently open for Christmas 2021. We hope that one of our clients will be able to snag them for their holiday charter this year. Catatonic's New Year's charter starts late so they are open through Wednesday, December 29th.That timespan should fit into everyone's calendar.

About Catatonic 500

Catatonic is a 51-foot Lagoon catamaran with an owner-operator crew of two, Dirk & Sandy. Catatonic accommodates up to 6 guests in air conditioned comfort. All three guest cabins have a Queen berth, individual AC controls, and private head with sink, electric-flush toilet, and separate walk-in shower.

Forward area with seats in cockpit & cushions on trampolines

Catatonic has ample room to spread out and relax whether on the seating area up forward, on top of the flybridge, in the spacious aft cockpit (which has a wet bar), or the roomy interior salon.

Enjoy the sliding-rigger rowing paddleboard

Amenities include a 14-foot, center console dinghy with 60HP motor, waterskis, tube, kneeboard, 2 single kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), snorkel gear, floating mats, floating & deck beanbag chairs, hammock, beach games, underwater camera, USB ports, Wii gaming system, TV/DVD in salon, SiriusXM satellite radio, onboard wifi where available (not for streaming), kiteboard, fishing gear, etc. Catatonic has a Mavic Pro Drone and the Captain will take video & photos during charter for guests. They also have a LifePak AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in case of emergencies.

Kiteboarding & SCUBA

Catatonic has a training kite on board and Dirk offers basic instruction.

Meet The Crew

Captain Dirk and First Mate Sandy, owner-operators of Catatonic 500, enjoy sharing their passion for boating, fun and adventure.

Sandy & Dirk

Dirk is a USCG certified Captain and lifelong sailor with a special love for all things nautical. He started sailing solo at 5 years old and has been leading yacht charters around the world for over 25 years. He is an avid water sports enthusiast and will be happy to lead you to the best locations for snorkeling, tubing, wake boarding, knee boarding, kayaking, SUP, deep sea fishing, Scuba diving, and even provide an introduction to kite boarding. Dirk also has a Mavic Pro drone aboard and will be happy to record breathtaking footage of your vacation aboard Catatonic.

Sandy began sailing in college and has never looked back. She loves entertaining and introducing people to the seafaring lifestyle. She has been cooking since the age of 10 and loves to get creative in the galley; serving up tasty snacks and beautiful meals to their guests.

In 2007, they started chartering in the Virgin Islands where Catatonic, a Lagoon 440, enjoyed a reputation as one of the most popular, most fun and busiest charter sailing yachts in the US and British Virgin Islands. Sadly, in 2017, Catatonic 440 was lost in the infamous, category-5 storm, Hurricane Irma. But now, their new charter yacht, Catatonic 500, carries on the legacy of bringing vacations of a lifetime to their guests.

The crew is fully vaccinated for Covid-19.

During the summer months Catatonic charters in New England, while during the main charter season they are located in the Virgin Islands and also offer charters in the Spanish Virgin Islands.

We were talking this morning and we have decided that we cannot pick one perfect day or beach because every day and every place was perfect! An outstanding feature of My Ty is their 2-person Jacuzzi on the foredeck.

My Ty is fully air conditioned and accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 Queen cabins each with ensuite head. All beds have 3-inch memory foam toppers. Relax in comfort in the bright and roomy salon, the spacious aft deck, the unique foredeck lounging area, and the flybridge where you can enjoy the 360-degree view.

Captain Jamie & Chef Susannah

Captain Jamie grew up on east coast of South Africa, while Chef Susannah hails from Northern Ireland. Jamie and Susannah are a team forged through their shared passion for the environment, adventure, and a love for life. Their passion for what they do creates an unforgettable experience aboard, where an atmosphere of safety and professionalism allows their guests to immerse themselves in the carefree and fun-loving Caribbean vibe they themselves fell in love with. They thrive on creating an environment where no task seems to be a chore and no effort too great in the search of creating the perfect experience for their guests.

1st Mate Ariel

First Mate & Engineer Ariel Thrasher was born and raised on the island of Tortola in the BVIs and moved to Thailand at the age of 12. In 2017 he returned to his homeland with his mind set on the yachting industry, He is a qualified engineer and also a dive master. Ariel loves to show people the beauty of his home, above and below the water!
