Boston's largest carrier, JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU), today announced it's making it easier for New Englanders to visit the U.S. Virgin Islands with plans to launch five weekly flights between Boston Logan International Airport and St. Thomas International Airport (STT) effective December 15, 2011. The southbound flight to St. Thomas will operate non-stop, and the northbound flight to Boston will operate via San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Additionally, Boston customers will also be able to reach St. Croix, the airline's 69th destination, on JetBlue flights connecting through San Juan.
JetBlue's proposed schedule between Boston and St. Thomas:
